New Stretch Goals, and a Peek at the Seals!

Hi everyone! These past few days of the campaign have been just incredible.

We just got back from Charlotte, NC where we attended the 52 Plus Joker Card Collector's Convention. While we were there, we put the DeLand Prototypes in the hands of acclaimed cardistry expert, Stevie "Spud" Hoang. Go check out the amazing video over at our Instagram, @penguincards!

Now, not only did we fund the DeLand Centennial campaign in just one day, but we have also blown past our first 2 stretch goals a couple of days later!

This means that the Classic Edition and the Collector's Edition decks WILL have custom seals! Check out the images below for a sneak peek at the seals. We think Phill has done an amazing job with them.

The Collector's Edition will also have special seals, which will be individually numbered.

Currently we are less than $1k away from unlocking the amazing stretch goal of adding Gilded Edges to the Collector's Edition deck.

We never imagined that we would surpass all of these stretch goals so quickly! We had a few ideas for additional stretch goals, but weren't sure if we'd be able to get to them. But now feels like the time to announce them!

When we hit the $20,000 mark we will unlock a 2" Commemorative Coin.

When we hit the $25,000 point, we will unlock an UNMARKED version of the DeLand Centennial decks. This "Gambler's Edition" will have the same great-looking tuck box and vintage faces of the Classic Edition decks, but the backs will be entirely unmarked and suitable for game play.

The decks will also come in a standard new deck order instead of in a special stack. They will not be available in Stripper Deck versions. All of these features make them 100% suitable for life at the poker table.

In addition to all of that fantastic news, we'd also like to bring your attention to a great campaign from our friend Will Roya at PlayingCardDecks.com that's currently funding - 5th Kingdom Semi-Transformation Playing Cards.

With designs by Maria Fedoseeva, 5th Kingdom has 2 decks available - Artist Edition & Player Edition.

These decks are 100% custom and will be printed by US Playing Card. They have already reached their funding goal, but the campaign is ending in under 1 week, so go check out the page now to snag your decks!

Funded & First Stretch!

Hi everyone! The DeLand campaign continues to kick butt! Not only did we hit our funding goal in about 26 hours, but we have also gone past our first stretch goal already!

This means that the Classic Edition decks will now get custom seals! We'll be giving everyone a sneak peek at those designs soon.

Next up will be custom seals for the Collector's Edition decks - let's keep it rolling!

There are only about 6 hours left to snag early bird levels, so make sure to let you friends know to make sure they don't miss out!

Nearly Funded Already!

Hello everyone! It’s been a terrific first day for the DeLand Centennial campaign!

The pace of funding so far has been incredible! We passed 50% of our goal in less than 4 hours, and as of now (just 24 hours since launch) we are over 95% funded! Wow!

We are only about $500 away from hitting our goal. With 24 hours left on the Early Bird levels, now is the time to tell your friends! Make sure they get over here and snag the best deal possible, while also bringing us closer to those sweet stretch goals!

If any of you will be attending the 52 + Joker Convention this week, please stop me and say hello! I will have DeLand prototype decks with me, and will be happy to show you the art, the marking systems, etc.
